With a deep passion for human rights and technology, I’ve built a career as a pioneering digital compliance attorney and strategist. Over 15 years as a global data privacy leader in multinational and award-winning organizations, I honed my skills to help businesses thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. In recognition of my contributions, I was honored to be shortlisted for Privacy Executive of the Year at the inaugural Picasso Awards.
In 2017, I founded The Information Collective to advance my mission of fostering a fairer, more inclusive digital society. As CEO, I partner with global executives across AdTech, FinTech, MedTech, and TravelTech, providing expert guidance on digital regulations, including data privacy, AI, e-commerce, and digital marketing. I’m proud that our work has helped clients bring award-winning tech products to the global market and secure the capital investment needed to succeed.
My New York-based law firm, Noir Digital Law, supports micro creative, tech, and travel companies in navigating the complexities of digital business operations.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I champion diversity and inclusion as the Caribbean Chapter Chair for Women in AI Governance, where I advocate for women’s advancement in AI. My passion for responsible innovation has also led me to design AI governance frameworks and advise boards on ethical AI development and deployment.
As a proud advocate for Black empowerment, I actively support initiatives like Black Pound Day, working to level the economic playing field for the Black British community. My connection to my heritage inspires me to create opportunities for future generations and elevate the Black experience globally.
When I’m not advising clients or shaping digital policy, I love exploring the world—physically and digitally. I’m a passionate traveler, a tech enthusiast, and a proud Blaxiter, immersing myself in festivals, carnivals, and Caribbean traditions. I also enjoy bringing people together through fine dining, champagne toasts, and celebrating life’s moments.
As a trained coach, I help digital executives unlock their full potential through my signature “How to DPO Like a Boss” program, transforming Data Protection Officers into influential leaders. As a sought-after speaker, I captivate global audiences with thought-provoking insights on ethics, privacy, and technology, leaving them inspired and equipped with actionable takeaways—my signature "Digital Bytes."
